曝气生物滤池使用了新型的粒状填料,能同时发挥生物降解、过滤和吸附等多种功能。实验结果表明:曝气生物滤池处理啤酒废水效果较好,当COD容积负荷为10kg/(m3·d)时,在0.8m/h、1.4m/h和2.5m/h 3种不同水力负荷下COD的出水浓度分别在59mg/L、82mg/L和51mg/L以下;当BOD容积负荷为6kg/(m3·d)时,3种水力负荷下的BOD5出水浓度分别在21mg/L,38mg/L,24mg/L以下。分析结果表明,出水浓度随容积负荷的增高而增高,受水力负荷的影响较小。 |
英文摘要 |
The biggest characteristic of the biological aerated filter(BAF) is using a kind of granular media.The research results show that the performance of the brewery wastewater treatment with BAF is excellent.When COD volumetric loading is 10kg/(m3·d),under the hydraulic rate of 0.8m/h、1.4m/h and 2.5m/h,the COD concentration of effluent is below 59mg/L、82mg/L and 51mg/L respectively,and the BOD5 concentration of effluent is below 21mg/L、38mg/L and 24mg/L when BOD5 loading is 6kg/(m3·d).This research also get the conclusion that the effluent COD concentration increases linearly with the organic load. |
