自2008年北京奥运会开始, 重大活动期间的大气污染物减排成为常态, 为评估区域大气管控效果提供了难得的实践机会[1~9].以往的研究表明, 交通运输和工业生产的管控措施有效改变了大气细颗粒物(PM2.5)的化学组成, 通过实行单双号限行政策, 2008年北京奥运会期间硝酸盐的质量浓度降低44.1%[2]; 由于工厂的脱硫改造和汽车尾气排放增加, 上海PM2.5中NO3-/SO42-值从2000年的约0.3上升至2010年世博会期间的1.0以上[7].高湿、强逆温和弱风等稳定的天气背景会导致污染物累积[10, 11], 受不利气象条件影响, 2015年北京抗战胜利日阅兵期间二次无机气溶胶的贡献率最高达到80.6%[4].准确识别PM2.5的来源对于评估减排措施至关重要[12~16], 南京青奥会期间的管控措施没有涉及燃煤排放, 燃煤源在清洁日的贡献率达到了85%[9]; 杭州G20峰会期间, 上海市扩展公共交通服务并限制黄标车辆在市区行驶, 机动车尾气的贡献率从20.1%(2015年)降为17.2%(2016年)[5].上述研究表明, 重大活动期间的管控措施和气象条件可以显著影响活动所在地大气PM2.5的化学组分和来源贡献.第七届世界军人运动会于2019年10月18~27日在武汉市举行, 该活动为首次在我国沿江内陆特大城市举办.为保障比赛期间的空气质量同时避免对民众的生产生活产生较大影响, 武汉市对燃煤电厂、燃料燃烧、水泥工业和建筑工地扬尘等排放源采取控制措施, 而未实行单双号限行政策.以上措施有效保障了军运会期间武汉空气质量优良率达到100%.
武汉地处两湖盆地北部, 具有丰富的水网和多样的生态系统, 东部通过长江谷地与安徽安庆市相连[17].复杂的下垫面通过地-气系统的热力和动量交换影响大气边界层的温湿结构和大气污染物的物理化学过程, 从而改变污染物的浓度分布[18].在“次盆地”地形和冬季风大气环流驱动下, 武汉易受北部、东北部和东部气团的传输影响[19, 20].区域传输使得武汉的大气复合污染问题突出[10], 华北平原污染物的远距离输送在2014年1月武汉市PM2.5中占比为53.4%[21]; 2016年1月的一次重污染事件中, 东部地区的区域传输对武汉市PM2.5的贡献达到68.5%[22].由于武汉及其周边地区的生物质燃烧和SO2的二次转化, 武汉市PM2.5的主要化学组分为有机碳(15.4%)和SO42-(14.2%)[23, 24].作为内陆特大城市, 武汉拥有大规模的钢铁和化学工业, 以及300多万辆机动车, 排放源多样[25].2019年12月武汉市机动车尾气和燃煤的实时贡献量最高分别可达124 μg·m-3和84.7 μg·m-3 [26]. 2020年武汉秋季PM2.5的主要来源为燃煤与二次污染源(41%)、机动车排放源(27%)、工业排放源(17%)、生物质燃烧源(9%)和扬尘源(6%)[27].武汉同时作为内陆地区的主要港口城市, 货运船舶占82.8%, 船舶排放对武汉市7月PM2.5的平均贡献量为2.5 μg·m-3[28].军运会期间采取的本地和周边区域的临时管控措施, 对于PM2.5组成和各类源贡献的影响, 以及后续精细化PM2.5减缓措施的制定和完善有待深入.已有一些学者开展了武汉军运会前后空气质量变化的研究.Tao等[29]基于卫星资料和地面观测数据, 发现由于对工业污染源采取了管控措施, 硫酸盐的质量浓度显著降低约5~10 μg·m-3; 由于车辆排放不受限制, 近地面ρ(NOx)变化不显著(约100 μg·m-3).Tao等[29]、吴佳伟等[30]和岳岩裕等[31]研究发现强化管控期武汉以反气旋环流为主, 近地面风速减小且气压降低, 处于均压场控制下.尽管军运会期间武汉市的气象条件较2013~2017年同期易导致PM2.5积累, 但减排措施的成功实施(排放变率为-75.7%~-14.0%)使得PM2.5质量浓度明显降低[31].目前针对军运会前后武汉市PM2.5的化学成分变化和来源贡献以及各类污染源的影响源区变化尚未见报道.
基于此, 本研究基于军运会期间PM2.5及其组分(元素、离子和碳)的在线数据, 通过受体模型开展来源解析, 结合后向轨迹的聚类分析和浓度权重轨迹对PM2.5的传输路径和不同气团来向下各类贡献源的潜在源区进行分析, 评估军运会管控效果, 以期为该区域PM2.5精准防控提供依据.
1 材料与方法 1.1 监测点位与数据2019年10月1日00:00至11月1日23:00, 在武汉市大气环境超级监测站使用在线仪器对PM2.5的化学成分开展实时观测, 包括8种水溶性离子(Cl-、NO3-、SO42-、Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+)、16种微量元素(K、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Zn、Se、Br、Sr、Ba、Pb和Al)、有机碳(OC)和元素碳(EC).本研究采用TEOM-1405F型环境颗粒物在线监测仪监测PM2.5质量浓度[32].水溶性离子采用MARGA-ADI2080型离子在线分析仪监测[33].为保证相对误差小于10%, 定期加入溴化锂(LiBr), 使用阴阳离子标准溶液建立标准校准曲线, 回收率在95%以上[34].微量元素采用XactTM 625型大气重金属在线监测仪测定.定期核查采样流量, 保证相对误差在±5%以内.定期对比空白膜和样品斑点的光谱, 检查同种元素的特征峰[35].采用Sunset RT-4型气溶胶有机碳元素碳在线分析仪监测碳质组分, 每个样品分析结束时注入定量甲烷(氦气氛围下5% CH4气体), 并以该外标气体对系统分析结果进行归一化校正[36, 37].观测点周边没有工厂(图 1), 为住宅和商业区[38].

根据管控时间将采样时间分为3个阶段: 管控前(10月1~7日)、管控期(10月8~28日)和管控后(10月29日~11月1日), 管控前和管控后为非管控期.
1.2 PMF来源解析正定矩阵因子分解模型(PMF), 常被用于对PM2.5进行源识别和分配[39, 40].其原理是基于受体观测的数据, 采取非负值的约束条件, 输出污染源的源贡献矩阵和成分谱矩阵.为找到最优因子数, 研究从2到9个因子进行迭代运算, 选择Qtrue/Qexp值最接近1并能对结果进行合理解释时的因子数, 同时保证大部分残差在±4范围内[26, 41].解析出的6种源分别是: 船舶排放、机动车尾气、二次源、开放源、工业排放和燃煤.图 2为PM2.5源成分谱.

37.6 %的V和99.9%的Ni来源于因子1, Lyu等[42]将该因子定义为油品的提炼和使用, 而它们也可作为船舶排放的示踪剂[43, 44].武汉作为长江航运的重要港口, 船舶活动密集[45].观测期间当受体点位风向为东风和东南风(长江方向)时, 该因子贡献较高.且本研究中该因子的V/Ni值为1.63, 与Zhang等[46]和Pandolfi等[47]分别观测到的船舶排放特征值1.54和0.9~3.0相近.因此, 该因子被定义为船舶排放.
OC(65.7%)和EC(62.5%)是因子2的主要成分, 该因子中两者的比值为3.40, 反映机动车尾气的排放[48, 49].同时该因子具有较高的Cr(64.5%)、Zn(50.8%)、Mn(43.0%)和Fe(26.1%)占比.Fe、Mn和少部分Zn来源于刹车片磨损, 大部分Zn来源于轮胎磨损, Cr来源于沥青路面[50~52].因此, 定义该因子为机动车尾气.
因子3中NO3-(94.4%)、NH4+(67.5%)和SO42-(21.8%)含量最高, 定义该因子为二次源.
因子4与PM10质量浓度显著正相关(R=0.79, P < 0.01), 主要成分为Al(95.3%)、Ca(85.6%)、Ti(64.9%)、Fe(55.6%)、Mn(35.6%)和K(30.2%), 它们是主要的地壳元素[53], 定义该因子为开放源.
因子5包含62.4%的V和100%的Sr.V来自水泥生产[54], Sr来自矿物挥发[55].该因子中还包含微量(< 5%)重金属元素Sc、Ti、Cr、Mn和Zn, 定义该因子为工业排放.
Se(99.9%)和Pb(97.4%)在因子6中占比较高, 这两个元素均为燃煤的示踪物[15, 56].同时该因子与SO2有最高的相关性(R=0.44, P < 0.01), 定义该因子为燃煤.
1.3 后向轨迹和浓度权重轨迹分析(CWT)基于污染源贡献量的时间序列, 结合浓度权重轨迹(concentration weighted trajectory, CWT)分析, 可以确定每类污染源的潜在源区[41].本研究采用MeteoInfo软件结合TrajStat插件对观测期间的气团进行模拟, 该模型普遍应用于计算气团的轨迹和大气污染物的传输路径[41].以观测点为起始点, 设定起始高度为500 m, 轨迹时长为48 h[26].气象场资料来自美国国家环境预报中心(NCEP), 水平分辨率为1°×1°.通过聚类分析, 得到3类气团轨迹(图 3).本地气团传输距离最短, 来自河南、安徽与湖北三省交界处(51.0%), 经湖北省东北部进入湖北境内, 沿长江航道传输至观测点; 东北气团来自山东省(35.6%), 经江苏省北部的黄海海岸和安徽省中部传输至观测点; 西北气团来自宁夏与内蒙古交界处(13.3%), 经过宁夏、甘肃、陕西和河南的长距离输送后到达观测点.

图 4为6项常规污染物的时间序列, 缺失数据占比为5.8%, 由仪器维护和去除异常值导致; 图 5为观测期间的气象条件; 图 6为基于CAMS全球大气成分预测数据集(来自欧洲中期天气预报中心ECMWF)的800 hPa风场叠加PM2.5质量浓度.

管控期各项大气污染物均达到国家空气质量二级标准(35 μg·m-3), 武汉市的空气质量明显改善(图 4).其中ρ(PM2.5)从(36.5±18.4)μg·m-3(管控前)下降到(31.3±12.0)μg·m-3(管控期), 降低14.7%(P < 0.01), 低于张会涛等[23]于2016年秋季观测到的52.4 μg·m-3.PM10、SO2、O3和NO2的质量浓度分别下降38.5%、16.8%、25.9%和20.4%; CO的质量浓度升高3.3%, 变化不显著(P>0.05).
观测点在管控前具有较高的平均风速[(1.47±0.78)m·s-1]和能见度[(26.3±13.0)km], 峰值风速达到3.76 m·s-1(图 5), 6项常规污染物的质量浓度与风速显著负相关(-0.73≤R ≤-0.20, P < 0.01).10月1日风速较低且风向紊乱(图 6), 观测点附近由本地气团主导, 污染物主要来自本土排放.10月4日17:00至10月5日18:00, 湿度从45.4%升高至100%; 当湿度小于等于80%时, PM2.5的质量浓度与湿度正相关(R=0.68, P < 0.01); 当湿度大于80%时, PM2.5的质量浓度与湿度负相关(R=-0.63, P < 0.05), 相同的湿度阈值在北京[57]和长崎[58]均有报道.Liu等[59]研究表明, 高吸湿性的颗粒物充分吸湿后体积较干燥时增大2.1~2.8倍, 同时质量增加约6倍, 能够有效通过干沉降和湿沉降去除.10月5日(管控前)、10月11日和10月15日(管控期)武汉均经历降水过程, PM2.5的质量浓度分别比前一天降低38.2%、44.6%和26.0%.Yang等[11]研究发现, 2014年10月的4次污染事件均以高湿度(60%以上)和低风速(小于1.5 m·s-1)为特征. 10月18日12:00至10月22日00:00(强化管控期), 观测点附近风速维持在0.28~2.23 m·s-1, 武汉市位于反气旋中心(图 6), 气流下沉, 大气相对停滞, 同时湿度较高[(62.1±14.5)%], 颗粒物在这种稳定且高湿的天气背景下产生积累, 导致PM2.5上升45.7%.以上研究表明, 与管控前和管控期实施强化管控措施(10月17日)前相比, 强化管控期的风场和湿度更有利于污染物积累, 该阶段空气质量仍能达到国家二级标准主要是污染物减排的结果, 这与岳岩裕等[31]研究的结论一致.
10月29日管控措施解除, 除O3和CO变化不显著(P>0.05)外, 各项污染物的质量浓度均有增长[增幅为32.7%(SO2)~154%(PM10)].管控后PM2.5显著增长的现象在上海世博会(增长约4倍)[7]也有报道.10月29日主导气团逐渐转为西北气团, PM2.5/PM10值降为0.42±0.08(-35.7%), 表明管控后扬尘在颗粒物中占比增加[58].
2.2 PM2.5化学组分的变化PM2.5中主要组分的质量浓度变化如图 7所示.碳组分(OC和EC)在实施管控措施前后没有显著变化(P>0.05); 除SNA外, 各组分的质量浓度均在管控后出现反弹, 增幅为36.2%(OC)~473%(矿质元素).强化管控期OC和EC的质量浓度分别上升24.3%和18.1%, OC/EC值为2.8[图 8(b)], 这是机动车尾气的排放特征, 表明该时段PM2.5的积累主要来自机动车尾气排放[26].管控后矿质元素的质量浓度升高4.7倍(P < 0.01), 与前文中PM10变化一致, 反映了在西北气团主导下尘的变化.

硫氧化率(SOR)和氮氧化率(NOR)被认为是二次转化程度的良好指标[图 8(a)], 当该值小于0.1时, 硫酸盐(或硝酸盐)以一次排放为主, 否则以二次排放为主[4, 11].观测期间SOR(0.30±0.10)明显高于NOR(0.17±0.13), 反映了观测期间SO2的二次转化程度更高.管控前各组分均出现高值, ρ(SNA)在10月5日08:00达到最高水平(64.6 μg·m-3), 在PM2.5中占比达到79.0%, 同时SOR达到最大值(0.65), 湿度为82.8%, 反映高湿度环境下颗粒物表面SO2向SO42-转化的液相反应加剧[60].管控期SNA质量浓度升高25.6%, 而SO42-质量浓度降低29.1%, SO42-/NO3-值从2.42降为0.81, 反映了固定源排放降低、移动源排放升高, 表明对工厂的脱硫改造和临时管控成效显著[58].气态前体物ρ(SO2)[(13.0±2.61)μg·m-3]和ρ(NO2)[(73.3±31.5)μg·m-3]在管控后处于最高水平(图 4), 而湿度[(53.3±13.8)%]过低导致二次反应减弱, SNA降低36.9%, 同时SOR和NOR分别降低29.3%和61.6%.Zhang等[61]研究发现, 湿度从60%以上降为55.0%, SO2向SO42-转化的速率降低2/3.
2.3 管控前后PM2.5源贡献的变化图 9为各类污染源在不同时期的贡献率变化, 图 10为各污染源贡献量在不同气团主导下的时间序列.不同于APEC会议[1]、北京奥运会[2]和杭州G20峰会[5]等重大活动, 军运会期间没有针对机动车尾气采取大规模控制措施(如单双号限行和限制车流量等), 因此机动车尾气在管控期仅降低3.2%, 变化不显著(P>0.05); 二次源上升89.5%(P < 0.01), 反映了管控期二次生成的增强; 工业排放和燃煤分别降低68.1%和43.7%; 开放源(34.6%)在管控后贡献率最高, 较管控期上升6.6倍.

船舶排放在本研究中对PM2.5的贡献率最低(1.0%), 平均贡献量为0.30 μg·m-3, 而前人的走航观测发现船舶排放平均贡献量为2.5 μg·m-3[28], 这可能是由于武汉市9月29日已开始对部分船舶实施通航限制, 且观测点距离长江航道约3 km, 船舶排放的影响有所减弱.10月18日长江武汉段完全禁航, 船舶排放从(0.29±0.43)μg·m-3(10月17日)降为(0.06±0.14)μg·m-3(10月18日), 解除禁航后升至(0.32±0.43)μg·m-3(图 10), 表明船舶减排成效显著.
10月2日08:00至10月4日13:00(国庆假期)和10月18日20:00(军运会开幕)至10月22日00:00机动车尾气在本地气团主导下有明显的积累, 与前文中碳组分的变化趋势一致.10月4日14:00主导气团由本地气团转为东北气团, 机动车尾气的变化趋势由波动上升(峰值为27.4 μg·m-3)转为降低(-76.2%). ρ(NOx)呈现相同的变化规律, 即10月4日达到峰值(98.3 μg·m-3)后降低85.8%.同一现象也出现在军运会开幕后(10月18~22日).表明没有被大规模限制的机动车尾气在本地气团主导和人们出行增加的背景下有显著增长, 应根据气象条件和人类活动的变化实时更新机动车尾气的管控政策.
10月11日17:00至10月18日12:00出现二次源高值, 期间77.4%的时段由东北气团主导.观测点附近的气态前体物ρ(SO2)[(9.68±3.51)μg·m-3]和ρ(NOx)[(39.1±23.0)μg·m-3]均低于平均水平, 且与对应二次组分(SO42-和NO3-)的相关性不显著(P>0.05), 表明二次源主要来自东北气团的传输贡献.
管控期间武汉市开展了高频的洒水和道路清洁作业.Lee等[62]研究表明, 洒水对疏水性细颗粒物可以达到72.7%的去除效果.观测期间开放源与矿质元素高度相关(R=0.96, P < 0.01), 10月29日之前处于较低水平(< 6 μg·m-3).管控后在西北气团主导下迅速升至14.4 μg·m-3并维持在较高水平(>10 μg·m-3).这一方面是由于西北气团带来了大量沙尘, 另一方面与管控后近地面风速[0.73±0.29)m·s-1]和湿度[(53.3±13.8)%]较低有关.Hueglin等[58]研究发现, 扬尘在低风和干燥的大气环境下易发生再悬浮.
2.4 PM2.5源贡献的日变化图 11为PM2.5源贡献的昼夜变化.对于机动车尾气的贡献, 非管控期在08:00[(11.2±7.15)μg·m-3]和19:00[(10.3±7.11)μg·m-3]出现峰值, 反映了武汉市的早晚交通高峰; 管控期夜间的机动车高贡献时段延长, 且直到21:00出现峰值[(10.9±3.67)μg·m-3], 这与管控期间大量货运车辆仅被允许在夜间通行有关.管控期工业排放峰值得到有效抑制(-65.5%).非管控期燃煤的昼夜变化规律与SO42-一致, 即白天(11:00)出现峰值[(2.85±2.10)μg·m-3], 夜间(23:00)出现谷值[(0.85±0.56)μg·m-3], 且白天贡献量是夜晚的1.5倍; 经过管控, 其峰值降低42.5%, 昼夜变化差异缩小到10%以内.管控措施不仅明显减少了除二次源外各污染源对PM2.5的贡献量, 也改变了各污染源的昼夜变化规律, 表明精确控制特定时段PM2.5的排放是可行的.

根据PMF源解析的结果, 采用CWT模型, 得到各污染源的潜在源区[63](图 12).船舶排放主要来自长江中下游和东部沿海地区.在禁航措施下, 长江中下游船舶排放显著降低(-48.8%), 而东部沿海的青岛附近仍存在高值(>0.4 μg·m-3).机动车尾气在非管控期主要受岳阳(未划定管控区)、咸宁(重点管控区)、黄石(重点管控区)和九江(未划定管控区)影响, 通过停运部分柴油货车并对上路车辆实施监控, 该区域的机动车尾气在管控期得到有效控制.武汉、岳阳和九江同属于两湖盆地北部, 在本地气团主导下易产生污染物输送[19].管控期东部沿海、华北平原以及湖北省中部的荆门(一般管控区)、天门(一般管控区)和潜江(一般管控区)均存在二次源的高贡献区.外部气团的长距离传输使得污染物反应充分, 二次组分生成明显, 其中硝酸盐增加101%, 铵盐增加44.0%.开放源集中在襄阳(一般管控区)和荆门一带, 18~22日(管控期), 两市均要求暂停全市所有工地施工, 开放源对PM2.5贡献量的降幅最高达到10.3 μg·m-3.非管控期长江航道安徽段存在开放源和工业排放的双高值区域, 反映了该区域沿江密集分布的工业活动和道路运输, 该现象蒋书凝等[26]和Li等[45]已有报道.非管控期燃煤贡献量的高值区位于洛阳(协作管控区)、随州(一般管控区)和孝感(重点管控区), 管控期明显降低.以上研究表明, 在多地区联防联控下, 除二次源外各级管控区的污染源均得到有效控制.

(1) 管控期间ρ(PM2.5)为(31.3±12.0)μg·m-3, 比管控前降低14.7%, 达到国家二级空气质量标准, 而NO3-和碳组分在稳定且高湿的天气背景下质量浓度均有所升高, 是抑制PM2.5降低的主要组分.管控后PM2.5的质量浓度在西北气团影响下出现反弹, 由矿质元素质量浓度升高4.7倍导致.
(2) 源解析结果表明管控期船舶排放、开放源尘、工业排放和燃煤贡献均有所降低, 而二次源贡献上升89.5%, 主要受东北气团的传输影响.由于没有针对机动车尾气采取控制措施, 机动车尾气变化不显著.
(3) 非管控期白天的燃煤贡献量是夜晚的1.5倍, 经过管控, 昼夜差异缩小到10%以内.机动车尾气在管控期21:00出现峰值, 与货运车辆仅在夜间被允许通行有关.
(4) 长江武汉段禁航后, 长江中下游航道的船舶排放降低48.8%; 管控期二次组分明显生成, 主要来自东部沿海、华北平原以及湖北中部的长距离传输; 管控后开放源的贡献量升高6.6倍, 其源区主要分布在襄阳和荆门.在多地区联防联控下, 除二次源外各级管控区的污染源均得到有效控制.
