| 通过建立产品系统的概念,对当前人类面临的生态环境问题的性质及其变化进行了系统的分析,得出产品系统内的非持续的生产模式和消费方式是生态环境危机的根源。依据环境问题的演变,相应地比较了环境管理的3种模式：末端控制管理,过程管理,产品管理。对面向产品的环境管理工具--产品生命周期评价的概念框架,可能应用领域以及发展前景进行了全面地评述。认为产品生命周期评价是实现可持续性的新的环境管理工具。 |

| Based on the concept of product system, the current environmental issues are analyzed in the context of sources and trends. It is proved that all environmental issues such as the industrial pollution and ecological degradation and resources depletion are rooted from the product system. Accordingly three managing tools, end-control, process control and product management were compared and analyzed. A product-orientated environmental management tool, life cycle assessment is strongly proposed, and its potential application and trends are projected. |
