建立了简单、快速测定Pb2+的荧光测定方法。在pH<6.8的酸度条件下,Pb2+与浓度为1.4-2.0mol/L的Cl-形成的铅氯配合物在262.5nm的紫外光激发下发射出485.0nm可用于痕量铅离子测定的荧光,在选定激发单色器通带10.0nm,发射单色器通带20.0nm的仪器条件下,荧光强度与1.0×10-7-1.0×10-5mol/L范围的Pb2+的线性关系可用△F=1.01×105c+0.020(n=13,r=0.9998,温度23±3℃)表示,检测限为5.3×10-8mol/L.方法用于标准水系沉积物样品中铅含量测定,结果与标准值一致,回收率为95.9-104.9%(n=10),变异系数是2.1%。 |

A simple and express determination method of lead was establiShed by spectrofluorimetry.The complex of Pb2+ with Cl- 1, at a concentration ranging from 1.4 to 2.0 mol/L, fluoresced at 485.0nm, which could be applied to the determination of trace Pb2+ when the PH was lower than 6.8 and the complex was excited by 262.5nm ultraviolet light. Under the conditions of excitation bandness 10.0nm, emission bafldpass 20. 0 nm and at the temperature of 23±3℃,the equation of △F=1.01×105 c+0.020(n=13, r=0.9998) was followed for 1.0×10-7-1.0×10-5 mol/L Pb2+, the determination limit was 5.3×10-8 mol/L (K=3). The analitical results of lead in reference Stream sediment were comestible with the reference values with the recovery ratiOS going from 95.9 tO 104.9% (n=10),RSD=2.1%. |
