| A 0-1 integer programming model for the planning of urban wastcwater reuse system were established. The planning of the wastewater collection system, location of the treatment plant and the efficiency of the treatment were formulated. Emphases were put on discussions of how to determine the user of the renovated water, the quantity of the reused water and the scale of additional advanced treatment so as to establish renovated water allocation system. The model was validated to be rational and applicable by examining a waste-water land treatment system. |
