天津市城市生态系统与污染综合防治的研究,以城市生态系统的理论为指导,应用经济生态学、系统工程的研究方法,通过环境及社会调查、大规模的野外试验、实验模拟与数学模拟,系统地揭示了天津市城市生态系统的现状及其规律;揭示了系统中经济发展、资源利用、环境污染三个子系统间的关系,为制定城市总体规划、城市经济发展规划、城市环境保护规划,为保持天津市城市生态系统的良性循环提供了科学的决策依据;建立了经济效益、社会效益、环境效益统一的、系统的环境综合防治模型和环境综合整治规划;发展了一系列的环境管理实用技术和多项环境治理技术;而且在生态学理论,环境科学理论与方法的研究方面也取得了进展。 |
英文摘要 |
This paper gives a brief summary based on lots Of Studies of Tianjin. urban ecosystem and its subsystems by which the main environmental problems in Tianjin have been revealed systematically. The correlation among three subsystems, i.e. economic development, resources utilization and environmental pollution have been investigated. A series of mathematic models, such.as input-output programming model of environmental economics, composite model of forecasting pollutants, dynamic model of economy-resources-environment system, pan-target ecological programming model, system dynamic model of urban water supply, programming model of comprehensive abatement of atmo-spheric pollution, atmospheric TSP diffusion model etc. have been established by means of system engineering, social investigation, field observation, experimental research and computer simulation. Moreover, programming for industrial wastewater treatment in accordance with districts or trade types, forecasting industrial pollution in the years of 1990 to 2000, and comprehensive disposal program of urban environment have been researchedas well.These results mentioned above have been applied to Urban planning, environment planning and en-vironmental management in Tianjin. |
